You can view your workouts from your iPad, phone, or television, and you can also log on if you’re using a piece of Peloton equipment, such as a bike, treadmill, rower, or elliptical. If you’re not a Peloton user, no worries – they offer plenty of equipment-free workouts for you to choose from!
Classes on the Peloton app vary widely, letting you choose from meditation and boxing to boot camps and barre classes, ranging from beginner to advanced workouts. You’re also able to choose your instructor, as well as the length of the training you’d like.
